- Timer value (N) is controlled by admin and must reach zero before the next spin.
3) Commission & Fees

- Any entry fee or service charge is displayed before confirmation.
4) Fair-Use Rules
- One verified account per user; genuine actions only.
- No bots, auto-clickers, rapid-refresh abuse, or duplicate profiles.

5) Balance & Deductions
- Paid spins deduct from Main Balance instantly when a valid attempt starts.
- If balance is insufficient, the spin button disables and a short warning appears.
